    Today I had the honor of talking with Alan Stein Jr. Alan is a world renown high performance coach and speaker. He spent 15 years working with some of the highest performing basketball players on the planet including NBA superstars Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Kobe Bryant. Alan has more recently shifted into working with some of the greatest organizations around to help them improve, culture, leadership, and business performance. He is the author of two books Raise your game and sustain your game and I must say they are both amazing. In today's show, Alan and I talked about some of the key characteristics that high performers have in athletics and in business. We also discussed how to sustain high performance which includes battling stress, fighting stagnation, and beating burnout.
