In this episode, I share the mindset tools that helped me change my inner dialogue and create a life that feels grounded, intentional, and fulfilling. For years I struggled with depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, and a very harsh inner voice.Over time I started using simple tools that helped me regulate my nervous system, question my thoughts, and become more conscious of the choices I was making. In this episode I break down some of the tools that changed everything for me, including: • understanding how your point of view creates your reality • learning to question thoughts instead of automatically believing them • the “Who Does This Belong To?” tool for separating your thoughts from other people’s energy • why asking questions is often more powerful than affirmations • using light vs heavy awareness to make better decisions • how to shift from reacting to life into consciously creating it These tools are not a shortcut and they are not a replacement for therapy, but they are practices that have helped me navigate grief, heartbreak, starting businesses, moving across the country, and many of the challenges that life brings. Growing up, I was diagnosed with ADHD at a very young age and put on medication that made me feel like a shell of myself. By high school I was struggling with depression, anxiety, a binge eating disorder, and an inner dialogue that was constantly tearing me down.For a long time, I genuinely believed something was wrong with me.But when I was 18, I started searching for a different way to live. I became obsessed with understanding the mind, consciousness, and how our point of view shapes the lives we create.What I discovered completely changed my life. This podcast is about the mindset, awareness, and tools that help people build lives that actually feel aligned.
