    In this episode I am joined by Leah Leaves from Iridescent Minds CIC. Leah was diagnosed with ADHD at age 43 and before her diagnosis she had worked as a Hypnotherapist in Plymouth, supporting individuals with depression and anxiety. She then identified that she was probably supporting individuals who were also undiagnosed with ADHD and she wanted to use her skills to support those who are struggling.
