The Future of Data Centers with Daniel Pope, CTO of Submer

The Open Compute Project Podcast

Daniel Pope, co-founder and CTO of Submer, discusses his journey in data center design and operations. Daniel founded his first data center-related business when he was just sixteen. We go back to the start of Daniel's data center journey and what he learned as an owner-operator that drove him to co-found Submer.

Artificial Intelligence and High-Performance computing have accelerated the energy intensity of our data centers. Much of the market's focus has been on the latest GPUs and the heat generated by these chips. We dive (pun intended) into the next generation of cooling and automation solutions built for much more than just a couple of chips.
