Amazing information for anyone wanting to learn!

This podcast offers great insight for first year Miami students, and for all learners. The material covered is relevant to all business, but me especially because I am currently part of the FYIC. I enjoy listening to the podcast and getting the extra knowledge from the podcast.
Also it’s something to make me feel like I’m back at Miami even though we were sent home from campus so early.

Everyone should listen

I believe that this podcast gives great advice to anyone even if you are not a student. Though the podcast touches on mostly First Year Integrated Core topics, it also makes a point to give good life tips. For example a few episodes ago they were talking about how to get organized and using a website like Trello can work in not just your school life but your work life also. This podcast also gives a lot of great tips on how to approach trying to get a new job and also how to come up with new ideas.

Oh my

Kinda surprised at how good a podcast on the FYIC could turn out. Its very relatable, and the two hosts do a quality job of actually being able to relate to the students. Its not long, so its not like your signing up for an hour of your time. They hit on important topics, especially in “The Big Pivot” episode, where they are able to alleviate the stress of students and ensure that the structure of the FYIC will remain and will continue. But, it could always be better - I’d say make it a little funnier, be more laidback. Know the audience, which is college students. I would absolutely be more engaged if I connect more to the content, which would be easiest to do with a bit of humor thrown around.
