At the beginning of the core, I thought having to listen to a 30 min long podcast every week would be a drag, but after I started to really listen to your podcasts, I began to really enjoy them. I don’t think this podcast is only for FYIC students, I believe this podcast can be listened to by kids in high school and older because it focuses so much on mindset. This podcast has taught me that if you put your mind to it first with a positive attitude, you will be able to get through challenges.
I really appreciate how it is relatable and that the podcast doesn’t shy away from saying “yes being successful is hard” and I like that failure is brought up and hardships. I just got done watching the SPECIAL EDITION:The Big Pivot. It was recorded right when classes were shifted online, and after being home for over 3 weeks now, it’s was really nice to listen to because the adjustment was difficult and it’s still difficult, but time is going by, and I think students are doing well. And it spoke about being okay to not know the answer, and how honesty is better. I think advice like this needs to be told to people because so many people look down on little things like that and it can all be avoided with conversations.
