    Episode 2: Connecting to the network — what does it involve?

    In Episode 2, Faye turns to the practical side of joining the heat network: what residents can expect during the connection process, and how much disruption is really involved. Matthew Jordison and Ben Leach explain the external groundworks needed to lay pipework to each property, and how residents are supported and consulted before installation begins.
