I’m moving to Atlanta in April next year. This year I half heartedly told God “fine. I kinda believe you’re here for me, so if so, bring me closer to you “ and MAN this year has been great. Everyday I have to hear a word to stay on track, it’s a struggle but I love how much I’m learning. I refused to move without finding a good church home that would make me feel safe going back to a city I used to live in as a young adult full of sin. I feel like I’m listening to someone who truly just wants to bring people closer to God. I completely found them by accident on Instagram, when Heather popped up on my style feed. I followed her thinking “cool! She posts sermons!” & then I saw it was her husband, and they had a church. Ever since then I’ve been listening to the sermons here, YouTube, reading reviews, asking friends have they heard of the church, because I refuse to move without a solid church home. God met me where I was, so I want to meet him wherever he is. As a new Christian, I am aware how easy it is for me to be off track. I am so excited, and I can’t wait to hear the word in person! Until then, I’ll be tuning in and supporting from Texas ❤️
