Excellent, Insighful & Well Pace
A well done series of casual conversations that I explores career paths, boilerplate philosophy & thoughtful insight on up, down, and across the organizational chart management with several NFL decision-makers.
I’m hoping Thomas will expand and continue the series with former/retired GMs/VPs and also consider reaching out to other sports.
Elite but more adaptability please?
This is an elite podcast. Thomas you do an awesome job. Suggestion? Mix up the questions GM to GM? Too much repetitiveness and the most recent episode with Joe was really dull.
Faith, family and friends-
True dude! Never changed during the whole process of his success. Respectful, courageous and competitive. Those qualities can be hard for any ego. Raised right and never played victim. It's hard to imagine football used to be a game.
