    As Brene Brown calls it, we're switching to a pause-cast instead of a podcast. And focusing on bringing you a daily email to nurture you every morning.
    What that means is episodes will drop as we’re inspired. After taking a two-month pause in November and December I realized how inspired I felt giving space to thoughts and topics. How more insightful our content became when it could breathe.
    Right now our cadence forces us to work on strict deadlines and like our job is cranking things out. That’s not the energy we want to bring you at TGS. We want to be that space that nurtures you, that encourages you to give space to the spiritual and creative aspects of your soul, let your own musings and inspiration breathe.

    Make a list of where you may have leakages to your energy. Whether it’s a draining relationship or an addiction to your phone. Make the list and commit to releasing at least one thing from your life today.

So empowering - love this podcast!

I am so thankful for Francesca and The Good Space, for sharing such empowering information with the world. As 2021 drew to a close, I reflected on what I was thankful for this year and The Good Space podcast, and the many things I learned from it, came to mind. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to live with more intention and develop a greater connection with their true self.
