The Gothic Podcast

Having been introduced to tabletop roleplaying games only about five years ago, I have been completely absorbed by every aspect of the hobby. Countless hours have been spent listening to various TTRPG podcasts, and I can honestly say this one is worth the listen! Sure, you’re going to hear a few technical and audio issues, but that truly adds to the authenticity of what these four people have poured their collective passion into. You will feel a kinship not only with the cavalcade of characters you will meet (good and bad, NPC or otherwise), but also with the the Keeper and players themselves. Speaking of the Keeper, Patrick does an amazing job of building the world and populating it with memorable denizens as well as weaving together a cohesive story from his meticulously-prepared notes and the chaos that comes from rolling dice to determine outcomes. The Gothic Podcast is a shining example of what happens when people come together to have fun, but ultimately end up creating something worth sharing. Do yourself a favor and give it a listen.
