The Growth Mentor Podcast has helped boost my confidence immensely as a beginning business owner. Ben Herman has a good leaders mentality and knows how to provide lessonsand advice in a way that can’t help but make you feel motivated and ready to work on your dreams!

As an aspiring entrepreneur in the process of creating a business, Ben has given me lots of insight as to how to run my company. His episode on vulnerability has really made me think about what kind of a leader I want to be. Looking forward to learning more nuggets of wisdom to help me grow myself and my business!

The main thing that I get from this podcast is how much Ben cares for his clients, his team, and his business. There are real actionable gems given here that are different then what most of the other ‘gurus’ in the space are saying. Each podcast has given me tools that have made a huge difference in my personal and business life. I’m thankful that this podcast is short and sweet, and not full of a million ads.

I really enjoy this podcast, only a few episodes in but the information is super powerful. I really liked Episode 3, talking about employees and how to create a working environment that feels good to be a part of. Emphasis on culture is an absolute must! As someone who has been a part of many hiring process, I truly feel like a resume means nothing if the applicant has no personality. The focus on character is HUGE!! Incentive to work somewhere and the perks of being part of a company are incredibly important to future employees. If you want to succeed you want to invest your time and knowledge into your team, helping them grow. Well done Ben!
