From Rock Bottom to Morning Hero — With Jarvis Leverson

What happens when you hit rock bottom and realize the only thing holding you back is you? In this powerful episode of The Gynergy Effect, Garin sits down with Jarvis Leverson, a peak performance coach, keynote speaker, and author of Every Damn Day. Together, they unpack the moment Jarvis’s life collapsed from success, money, and a penthouse lifestyle to sleeping on his mom’s couch at 35. But this is not just a comeback story. It is a wake up call. Jarvis shares the uncomfortable truth about why most people do not change even when they are capable of more, how comfort quietly kills ambition, and the moment that finally lit the fire that forced him to take full ownership of his life. This conversation breaks down the exact frameworks Jarvis now uses to help entrepreneurs, leaders, and high performers stop self sabotaging and start winning consistently. In this episode, you will learn: • Why comfort is the greatest threat to ambition • How self sabotage keeps you stuck and how to interrupt the pattern • The WIN framework including waking up early, setting intentions, and committing to no days off • The Power Hour method and Zero Calendar system for real, focused productivity • Why one emotional breaking point can become the moment everything changes If you have been telling yourself you want more discipline, more clarity, and more momentum, this episode will challenge you to stop drifting, stop negotiating with comfort, and start showing up every damn day. 💬 Tell us your favorite takeaway or share your “why” — we’d love to hear it. 📲 Follow us on Instagram: @thegynergyeffect | @yesifit_ | @garinheslop 📲 Follow Jarvis Leverson on Instagram: @jarvis_leverson 🌐 Explore our community and experiences: gynergy.com

The 110% Rule That Built a $7B Empire — With Christoffer Groves

What does it really take to build something meaningful without burning out, losing alignment, or losing yourself along the way?   In this episode of The Gynergy Effect, Garin sits down with Christoffer Groves, CEO and Co Founder of Groves Capital. Alongside his wife Elena, Christoffer grew the company from 2 employees to 675, funding over $7B in loans across 32 states.   At the center of this conversation is the 110% Rule, a philosophy rooted in work ethic, personal responsibility, and going beyond what is expected not only in business, but in health, relationships, leadership, and life.   This is not a highlight reel. It is a grounded and honest conversation about pressure, sacrifice, burnout, identity shifts, and the moment when the person who starts the company has to step aside so the leader who can scale it can emerge.   In this episode, you will learn: • What the 110% Rule really means and why most people get it wrong • Why balance can start to break down when you are building something that truly matters • How Christoffer and Elena built a $7B business together without keeping score or hurting their relationship • The non negotiables that protect long term performance including sleep, fitness, boundaries, and recovery • When and why letting go of control is essential for real growth • Why going all in is not about doing more but about doing what matters most   Christoffer also opens up about mental health, reinvention, leadership isolation, and the mindset required to keep moving forward when the pressure is high and quitting feels easier.   This episode is for anyone building a business, a partnership, or a life that demands more. It redefines what it means to go all in without burning out.   Go all in. Go 110%.   💬 Tell us your favorite takeaway or share your “why” — we’d love to hear it. 📲 Follow us on Instagram: @thegynergyeffect | @yesifit_ | @garinheslop 📲 Follow Christoffer on Instagram: @ceogrovescapital 🌐 Explore our community and experiences: gynergy.com

Instead of rushing into another set of New Year’s goals, Garin leads a powerful conversation on why the quality of your questions matters more than the size of your ambitions. This wasn’t just a conversation about AI or technology. Episode 24: The Power of Service — Our Second Gynergy House Build Retreat

In this honest and heartfelt episode of The Gynergy Effect, we (Garin & Yesi) open up about one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of our lives: hosting our second Gynergy House Build Service Retreat. This wasn’t just a weekend trip. It wasn’t about volunteering for photos or doing something “nice.” It was about service as a way of life — as a foundation for our relationship, our purpose, and the community we’re building. And for 48 hours in Mexico, alongside 22 incredible volunteers, we were reminded of what truly matters most.  The House Builds have been part of our story since the very beginning — literally. On our very first date, while Yesi was in the bathroom, Garin signed up for a build she mentioned. Service became our alignment point, our calling, and the heartbeat behind Gynergy. In this episode, we share the real, raw emotions from this retreat: the rain, the tears, the laughter, the dancing, the breakthroughs, and the sacred moments that reminded us that life is so much bigger than us. We talk about: How service became the foundation of our relationship from day oneWhy House Builds completely reshape your perspective, gratitude, and identityThe emotional moment Yesi connected with a 12-year-old girl caring for her siblings — reflecting her own upbringingHow seeing the world through “service first” shifts how you show up in love, purpose, and leadershipWhat it means to go from volunteering to hosting — and witnessing the transformation of 22 strangers into familyThe impact on the families we build for, the children in the orphanages, and the elderly who have no one elseHow discomfort (the rain, the cold, the long days) brings out the most childlike joy and deepest connectionWhy one weekend of service can ignite clarity, purpose, and a God-led vision for your lifeOur mission to build 1,000 homes and 100 learning centers in the next 10 yearsThis episode is for the ones craving purpose, perspective, gratitude, and deeper connection — the ones who know life is about something bigger than themselves.
