Helpful Tips for HSPs!

I just discovered this podcast, so I’ve only listened to a couple of episodes, but I’m finding it very helpful so far! I really enjoyed Episode 3 about how to handle intense situations as an HSP. In it Mayra provides simple and concrete suggestions for reducing the physical and emotional affects before, during, and after stressful situations. I’ve bookmarked the episode and plan to return to it whenever I need to put her tips into practice. I look forward to listening to the reminder of the episodes!

I listen to these all the times. Specifically the one about how to deal with intense situations. I am trying to listen to that on repeat so I have it memorized, it’s that good and makes me feel normal, because so many things she says is exactly what I feel! I always thought I was weird because I was homeschooled, but no, it’s relieving to know a lot of people are like this.
