    Season 3 Launch

    Season 3 is officially underway, and The Hard Camera is back. After a few weeks away, we kick off the new season by taking a hard look at the current state of WWE and going championship by championship to decide who’s killing it, who needs help, and who we’re already ready to see lose the gold. CM Punk gets absolutely no mercy from the crew. Roman Reigns sparks a debate over whether his latest championship run is actually working, while Liv Morgan’s reign has us looking ahead to Becky Lynch, Stephanie Vaquer, Raquel Rodriguez, and what could be next for the women’s main-event scene. Meanwhile, Chelsea Green gets her flowers, Chad Gable finally has the championship recognition we’ve wanted for him, Raquel Rodriguez gets an overdue opportunity, and somehow JC Jane becomes one of the biggest conversations of the entire episode. We also break down Baron Corbin as United States Champion, The Vision and what could be coming for Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, the current state of WWE’s tag divisions, Fatal Influence taking over SmackDown, and whether WWE’s involvement with AAA is helping the company or slowly stripping away some of its identity. Then Rants & Brags returns as we talk about WWE’s suddenly unpredictable booking, catchphrases getting run into the ground, LA Knight’s Stone Cold-like direction, and why the quality of WWE promos has become one of the strongest parts of the product.     Season 2 Episode 9 - CM Hogan The Hard Camera is back, and Night of Champions fallout has the whole room heated. Sami Zayn became WWE Champion, defended it on Raw, lost it nine days later to CM Punk, and somehow the podcast went from roasting Sami to asking one very serious question: Did WWE just give us CM Hogan? This week, we talk through Jey Uso losing twice, Oba Femi becoming King of the Ring, Liv Morgan joining the Danhausen Curse Radar, Judgment Day chaos, Kit Wilson and The Miz possibly swapping characters, Maxine Dupree joining The Vision, and Otis and Tozawa getting their hearts broken. We also get into LA Knight cutting one of the best promos of the year, Solo Sikoa oddly becoming his backup, Ludwig Kaiser becoming Mexico royalty as El Grande Americano, Gunther’s booking driving everyone insane, and whether CM Punk winning the title goes against everything he has spent years saying. Somehow, through all the anger, WWE is still giving us some great unlikely pairings, some wild SummerSlam possibilities, and enough chaos to keep us watching. We still love WWE. We also get into the War Raiders becoming AAA Tag Team Champions, Dominik Mysterio talking reckless to Oba Femi, Chad Gable and Ludwig Kaiser proving everyone wrong with El Grande Americano, Gunther choosing Sami Zayn as the special guest referee, Sami Zayn possibly reaching his breaking point, Joe Hendry disappearing while “Fire Logan Paul” stays stuck in our heads, King of the Ring rankings, Queen of the Ring problems, and Hard Cam Nod points. This episode starts with what quickly becomes “Jimmie’s Laundry List” as we break down everything currently frustrating us about WWE, from unfinished storylines and questionable booking decisions to the growing list of releases that left all of us wondering what exactly the plan is right now. We talk Roman Reigns vs Jacob Fatu and why it might be the hardest match prediction we’ve had in years, the current state of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker, the rise of Oba Femi, CM Punk’s WrestleMania performance, and why Sami Zayn is suddenly getting booed out of buildings.
