Bringing with him over seven years of corporate coaching experience in major telecommunications companies, James is now dedicated to guiding individuals through their personal wellness journeys. His professional development includes study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and ongoing education at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). But it's not just about the credentials - James' approach to coaching is deeply personal and rooted in self-discovery.
