I really look forward to Dr. Jannine‘s podcast. I can’t catch them all, but I do find myself going back to any that seems relevant to me and to my clients. The thing I truly enjoy about Dr. Jannine is she’s super authentic. She’s down to earth. She’s helpful. She’s truly a relatable human. And I think that’s important whether we’re in the industry of fitness, wellness, or somebody seeking help. I know she’s been very helpful to me personally, and I use her advice for others all the time. Plus her podcasts are a perfect length. Get your earbuds in, take a walk and listen to Dr. Jannine.
