1. Arriving at The Hearth
In this first episode of The Hearth, I invite you to participate in the Hearth Ritual with me. This is the same ritual that I participate in before recording, and the one that I invite my guests to practice with me before we record. Through it, we arrive together at the hearth where we meet for conversation.
For this ritual I recommend having:
a comfortable place where you can sit or lie downa candle and a way to light itYou can practice this ritual without any of these things if they are not accessible to you in the moment. I at lease recommend being in a place where you can hold a soft gaze in front of you, or close your eyes.
Feel free to pause the recording at any point if you would like to have more time in this experience. And feel free to come back here anytime you want a little bit of warmth and connection.
