The mark of an excellent preacher is one who proclaims the Word of God in such a way that the listener not only understands what the text tells us about the God who speaks through it, but also allows us to understand the personal implications associated with those realities. In short, he sees that God’s self-revelation is meant to transform us.
Pastor Chad Hendley not only handles the Word faithfully, His love for the flock is made manifest by his drawing the listeners’ attention back to the hope to which Scripture points: Jesus. Chad’s both purposeful and pastoral in his preaching. Exercising care without compromising the truth.
