In this episode, we had the chance to speak with Jesse, who discussed his creation of a men's group named "The Boys". Jesse described the program's three-pronged approach and the sessions they incorporate to help men connect with others, discover their true purpose in life, and elevate to their best selves.
Jesse Malthouse is an Australian entrepreneur and the founder of The Boys, a men's community that aims to redefine masculinity and promote emotional well-being among men. Born and raised in Australia, Jesse recognized the need for a safe space for men to share their struggles, connect with others, and explore their spirituality. With his main location on the Sunshine Coast, Jesse's vision for The Boys is to create a community where men can break down the stereotypes of traditional masculinity and be encouraged to be vulnerable and open-minded. Have you ever wondered if there are better ways to approach mental health disorders?
Have you ever felt like you were alone in your struggles with mental health disorders?
In this episode, we had the opportunity to chat with Bailey, who shared her incredibly ambitious goal of walking more than 5000 kilometers along the east coast of Australia. This journey is deeply personal for her, as she has lived with bipolar disorder and wants to share her story to raise awareness and educate others about mental health. Bailey believes that by encouraging an open and pragmatic attitude toward mental health, we can reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and provide support to those who need it. Her ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on the world by promoting mental health awareness and education.
Bailey Seamers is a mental health advocate who created the Wandering Minds Walk to raise awareness and funds for mental health research. The inspiration for walking the east coast of Australia comes from her personal battle with bipolar disorder. She has developed effective tools for managing her mental health and believes that hiking and spending time in nature can benefit others as well. Driven by her desire to help others, she aims to promote mental health education and encourage a positive attitude toward mental illness. What started as a simple idea has grown into a mission to inspire and raise funds for mental health awareness. For her, the walk is a symbol of life with bipolar disorder, with its ups and downs, challenges, and victories. She understands that it will be a difficult and lengthy journey, but she is determined to tackle it one day at a time, step by step, to achieve her ultimate goal.

He also has a demonstrated history of professional training and mentoring middle management and senior leadership teams. He is skilled in strategic planning, complex business negotiations, major project direction and management on the one hand, and counseling, hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy on the other. He is a strong professional with a PhD from Bond University (addressing aspects of workplace stress), a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy Practice from Bath Spa University, as well as construction projects-related qualifications. Alan draws from his extensive experience and the most recent research to provide a current and relevant learning experience and prepare students for strong and successful careers.
