 Award Winning Realtor / Businesswoman / Radio Show Host / Creative Director If there is one quote sums up her experiences the most it’s, “Impossible is just an opinion.” For Nicole Rymer, it isn’t just a motto, it’s the truth. A proud Philadelphia native, by the age of 23, Nicole had already fearlessly jumped into her dreams, traveling the world while working with a celebrity pro-golfer. After soaking up every ounce of culture and opening her eyes to the world she entered the booming real estate market in South Florida. As a prominent businesswoman she discovered new ways of doing business. Drawing on the strength of her diverse family of fierce female influences, the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors took every story and every piece of wisdom these strong independent women gave her and applied it. She came out of the recession with flying colors, stronger, smarter, and more confident, establishing herself as a top producing Real Estate agent in South Florida, and going on to win multiple awards at her company including the Presidential Award, and Top 40 Under 40. Wanting to share this new era of success with others, Nicole set out to create a place & social HUB where ideas are valued and women could engage in their communities and empower each other. Inspired by modern day hero Anthony Bourdain and his brand of film, travel and interviewing, and showcasing the human connection, Nicole created PowHer Hub, a media company and digital platform with specially curated content for women. The PowHer Hub motto is, “We are you, and you are us,” meaning we are stronger together and ideas change the world. Continuing to build on this momentum, Nicole took The PowHer Hub to the airwaves and co-hosted and produced a weekly South Florida lifestyle radio talk show called Make Your Life Happen —The Official Happy Hour, where she conducted interviews and discussds lifestyle, current issues, and business in the community. Nicole has featured many prominent people on the show such as the Palm Beach Gardens Mayor; the Palm Beach State Attorney (featured on 60 Minutes regarding the opioid crisis); Patrice Banks, founder of the Girls Auto Clinic; and Erin Bagwell, director of the Dream, Girl documentary. Make Your Life Happen is broadcast on 95.9/106.9FM radio and is available on mainstream digital platforms such as I Heart Radio, Amazon Alexa app, Spotify, iTunes and Soundcloud. Nicole has plans to expand the platform of PowHer Hub into the entertainment industry in 2019 with a web and docuseries that will cover important issues in the community, from a female lens. Serving on various boards such as Women's Chamber of PBC, Nicole is frequently invited to speak as a female entrepreneur, and called on to talk about the non-niche and how versatile women today cannot be defined by labels, and are able to fulfill many facets of their life at once and throughout their lifetimes. In 2018 she spoke at a panel called Women on the Move, a brunch for women in business. Nicole is politically active and often campaigns for local politicians, and looks forward to helping local leaders build their platforms and messaging with the assistance of The PowHer Hub.
