I feel your intuition has “chosen” the best moment, the best episode (so far)!Thank you for being here… Stay as long as you need and want to.In this special bonus episode, I invite all of you, dear In-Bri-tween listeners, to slow down & settle into a 40-minute guided relaxation designed specifically for those moments spent in airports.The physical liminal spaces where so much waiting and transitioning is happening. Everything and nothing at the same time. Whether you’re feeling restless, anxious, excited or simply frozen and overwhelmed within these in-between places, this meditation might very much help you to (re)connect deeply with yourself & guide you back to You and (many of) your different, even still unknown, layers of your whole Self. Expect to be gently guided into presence through the following:1) Grounding and gentle breathwork,Then a2) Soothing body scanAnd last but not least,3) Some mindful sensory groundingCreating space for presence and conscious/somatic experiencing amidst the hustle and bustle. This “virtual” practice is here not to fix you and make all your problems, anxiety go away in one ‘session’, but to support you by embracing the pause, easing you into the in-between & finding parts of yourself that might be overlooked in the cacophony of stillness and rush. Please feel free to stay as long as you’d like or need to & enjoy the ride! So… EPISODE #2 IS HERE!!!And as I have promised, we are starting with Physical Liminal Spaces, specifically Airports. What to expect within the next hour-ish? -Firstly, I am going to set the mood and ease you in so you can be here and present Mind, Body and Soul (hint: guided body scan). And secondly, I am going to use the 3 objectives from the first episode and expand on them in connection with airports while also sharing my own story, my own experiences and some well-known motion pictures and their relevant scenes to this in-between. And last but not least… your QUESTION OF THE EPISODE – the centrepiece: —What parts of you have you ‘found’ within an Airport stay (let it be just waiting normally, waiting because of a delay or en route on a plane)? —OR if you have just become aware of the ‘opportunity’, then what part of you do you feel needs/wants to be seen or met (within your current phase of your journey)? Thank you again for all of your messages, your feedback and your PATIENCE.Creating this episode has been a deeper dive for me emotionally (and mentally) than I have anticipated… hence the ‘delay’ in the release. However, I am very glad that I have taken my time and that I am at the stage of my life where I listen to myself, my intuition and trust myself and act accordingly, especially on creative projects.So I can bring you a more human and authentic experience through these episodes of in-betweens, rather than something that only looks promising but feels shallow.     Welcome to the space that’s been quietly brewing in the background for half a decade-ish… waiting for just the “right” moment to take shape. In this first episode, I share the moment and the process -accompanied by a little intense inspiration… THANK YOU, CAVERN(Cast)!- that finally brought The In-Bri-tween to life.I’ll also touch upon what it could mean and feel to be in those strange, in-between moments and liminal spaces.And why asking the right questions can be more powerful than having the answers. If you’re currently navigating a pause, a transition, a transformation, or a change in your life or simply want to explore what it means to be present in your own liminal spaces, you’ve found just the right place. So, have a seat, take a deep breath and let’s learn to how we can become present within these unknown spaces and moments, together. Out of curiosity I have done some research on the definitions of ‘in-bewteen’ & ‘liminal spaces’: -The definition of in-between (according to the Online Cambridge Dictionary): “between two clear or accepted stages or states, and therefore difficult to describe or know exactly”. -The definition of liminal space(s) (according to the ‘Better Help’ website): “refer(s) to transitional spaces or states of mind, which often give an unsettling feeling of being between one point and the next”. But I also encourage you to come up with your “own definition”. QUESTION of Episode #1:”How are you currently relating to and feeling within a liminal space when life places you into one?” And I shall meet you soon (with)in our next in-between!
