    Lisa and Emma recap the many trades that have gone down over the last three weeks and the PLL coming to Peacock (0:06-8:33). The girls then speak with Cannons Head Coach Sean Quirk on the process with Coach Rubeor to trade for Paul Rabil (8:34-11:39), what he learned from Coach Copelan’s Expansion Draft (11:40-13:05), and biggest surprises from the unprotected rosters (13:06-15:32). Putting an emphasis on the defensive side of the ball (15:33-17:31), how he’ll build a balanced roster (17:33-18:53) and what style of play the Cannons will have (18:54-20:32). The challenge of drafting former Cannons (20:33-21:56), which former Cannons we need to know about (21:57-24:27), what areas they’ll need to address in the upcoming drafts (24:28-25:08) and how he’ll honor the Cannons’ history in their first year in the PLL (25:09-26:08).
