    After Student Murders, U of Idaho Paid Consultants $573k w/Emergency Money, Refuses to Show Findings

After the student murders, college president Scott Green received $1 million in "emergency" money from the state legislature. Part of the $1 million -- about $97k -- was spent to tear down the crime scene (before the trial) where the four college students were killed on Nov. 13, 2022. The book details the heartbreaking story of serial killer Dean Corll and his horrific crimes against teen-age boys. Corll killed at least 28 people during a three year killing spree from 1970-1973 in Houston and Pasadena, TX. In 1973, Corll was shot and killed by 17-year-old Elmer Wayne Henley, who then called police. Henley was found by the court to be an accomplice of Corll's and was convicted in the murders of six of the victims.     Rachel Morin homicide: What the crime scene says about the suspect, who remains at large - TIR

A DNA sample from Rachel's killer matched a sample found at the scene of a March 26, 2023 home invasion in Los Angeles where a family including a child were viciously attacked. The man caught on the doorbell video exiting the LA home invasion is the SAME person who killed Rachel. The man is described as Hispanic, 5 ft 9 in, 160 pounds and in his 20s. Police released a sketch of the suspect earlier in the month.Re-upload from 2/25/2024
