Great podcast!

I just recently started following James over the last couple of months. I love all the content he puts out. He stays true to himself and calls out any diet fad and BS that is out there. It is so nice to see for once!

Brought me to tears.

I follow you on IG, and today while walking to the gym decided to listen to a podcast. I chose #6(I think) it was about losing fat for females. At 45, I have been struggling with self esteem, pushing myself harder and harder, eating less and less in my effort to lose weight... with depressing results. You explained so much, and made me cry thinking about what I am putting myself through emotionally and mentally. Thank you for giving this mom of 3, that’s starting menopause a new perspective. I am grateful. 💚
