I’m a husband, a father, a coach, a leader, and someone who’s been through the highs and lows of life. There was a time when I weighed over 360 pounds. I was unhealthy — physically, mentally, and spiritually. But over the past few years, I’ve been on a transformation journey — and today, I sit at 215 pounds, stronger and more centered than I’ve ever been. But this isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about reclaiming control of your life. It’s about facing yourself in the mirror and deciding you’re not going to let your past define your future.” ⸻ 💪 SEGMENT 2: THE JOURNEY 1. Physical Journey “I had to take it one day at a time — no shortcuts, no gimmicks. It started with small decisions: walking instead of sitting, water instead of soda, saying yes to early mornings. Eventually, those small wins turned into massive transformation.” 2. Mental Journey “The physical change was only half of it. Mentally, I had to rebuild discipline, confidence, and focus. I had to learn to silence the negative voice that told me I couldn’t — and replace it with one that said, ‘You will.’” 3. Spiritual Journey “My faith has been the foundation. God’s grace guided me through the hardest seasons — from personal setbacks to moments when I felt completely lost. My relationship with Christ grounded me in truth and purpose.” ⸻ ⚔️ SEGMENT 3: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES “I’ve faced depression, doubt, failure, and fear. But every obstacle became an opportunity to grow. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and consistency in your own journey. We’re going to talk about fitness, leadership, mental health, faith, and everyday habits that change your life. They help me stay consistent and focused on what really matters.”
