The Day of the Lord

June 7, 2026 Narrative Hour after hour the Lord has been reaching for the rebel. He has given a cross laden path to redemption. He has literally spilled blood to take away the blame. He has patiently paced the mercy floor waiting for one prayer, one submission, one hint of a desire to turn to Him. But you can only spurn the Spirit so long. Eventually the hourglass will drop the last grain sand. Mercy will close her ears. Grace will retire. The cross will be only a broken memory. The blood river will dry up. The ark doors will be closed on this generation of evil doers and God-haters and selfish rebels and every refuser of His Gospel. The Word is plain in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9: 2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled (to be brought into difficulties, stress, or struggles) rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed (previously hidden but made fully known) from heaven with his mighty angels, 2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance (penalty inflicted on wrong doers) on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power. Enlarging the Place of Thy Tent Part 2

May 31, 2026 The promises of God are expansive. God wants His People to grow and grow abundantly. We often live for less because we settle for substitute dreams. But no earthly dream of success and exceed God’s dream for His Church. He wants us to lengthen the cords of our faith, to strengthen the stakes of doctrinal authenticity, and to make room for more disciples. Let us not be shortchanged by fear, diminished by doubt, or isolated by failure. We can accomplish what God sees if we stay humble and spiritually active. People of prayer and consecration will new territories of revival and hope; they will overcome demonic obstacles and set captives free. Let’s believe for border stretching, boundary breaking exploits by His Spirit. God wants us to have more, be more and do more by the anointing and authority of His name…listen now.

Feelings that Interfere with Faith

May 17, 2026 Isaac trusted what he had been used to feeling. The hairy garment. The smell of the field. The gruff expectations of a hunter. We have to be careful of habit forming desires that lead us away from the certainty of Apostolic doctrine. Just because you feel it doesn’t mean you should say it, partake of it, or create a new belief system based on the power of that feeling. In the Kingdom of God it’s faith first, feelings second. “We walk by faith and not by sight.” II Corinthians 5:7. He asked for venison and got goat. Venison was wild game associated over time with hunting deer. So, the taste of goat was disguised to resemble deer. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good. The taste test is failed when we trust the wrong feelings. We end up settling for doctrinal goat when God wants to give us the true venison of His will. We swallow the philosophies of the world as if they are the same thing as God’s unmatched promises. We pursue experiments in the name of freedom. We exercise liberties because we believe we can do what we want without consequence. We lose intimacy with God because we’ve been convinced that sensual things of the world are equal substitutes. We bless the things that God would curse. We evoke conclusions and content and commentary based on sensations, sensations that can cause us to lose our sensitivity to the Spirit. The more you repeatedly ignore the conscience the more desensitized one becomes to the wiles of the devil. We try things we should avoid. We incite patterns of behavior that could be avoided if we simply followed the instructions of the Word. The everlasting Word becomes subject to the temporary satisfaction. Listen now…

It Takes a Mother

May 10, 2026 We live in a world of demonic confusion, of unrighteous cultural conformity, and of deceptive religious corruption. Who’s going to stand against these end time foes? Who is going to make a difference in a world with so many choices? Who is going to pray when others remain silent? Who is going to stand and say something when others feel muted by intimidation? It takes a mother. Nobody loves you like a mother loves you. In the Kingdom of God, the mother is the origin of our faith that began in Jerusalem 2000 years ago. When the Morning Appeared

April 19, 2026 The darkness. Pitch black. Nothing seen. Nothing known. Hidden in shadow. A Starless gaze into confusion. Endless space of stained ebony, lost and wandering trails of obscurity. Lightless shrouds of shame. Lonely and loveless. Colors disassembled. Revelation quiet. Illumination quenched in the lingering night. Capturing darkness. Crushing darkness. Killing darkness. Who could unfurl the gloomy curtains? Where details could be seen and descriptions drawn. Where threads of life would be detected and concealed evil disinfected, by light and hope. Where a candle’s glow would be so bright in the depressive basement of hell. Just even a glimpse of Grace would feel like a birthing constellation. If there was merely a hint of heaven in the twinkle of a distant star. And that is what the glorious gospel became. Light shining in darkness. Let there be light and a lamb was born. Let there be light and a savior carried a cross. Let there be light and anointing broke the yokes of sinners. Let there be light and lambs blood ran thru the veins of dead religions and raised up a living church. Let there be light and a cross became a compass of hope for a hurting world. Are We Living in the Last Days?

April 12, 2026 Are we living in the Last Days? I believe moral decline is a big factor in determining prophecy timelines. And, as II Timothy 3:1-5 indicates, we are truly living an increasingly godless society. It is the culture of the Antichrist that will precede the kingdom of the Antichrist. The Scourge and the Sword

April 1, 2026 The blood is dripping. Redemptive raindrops. A crimson storm. Dusty soils splotchy and darker, patches of grace here and there. Ribbons of flesh hang. Wheezing moans resound on bitter winds. Those who hear will be haunted on a thousand nights by the ghastly figure of this beaten man. It is ugly. Who can bear it? It is nauseating. Who can leave the scene and have an appetite? Yet, in contrast, it is morbidly beautiful, contradictorily amazing. For in the shredded muscle and flesh one finds a miracle; in the torn and ripped, gashed and gaping, one finds something greater than medicine; a Divine prescription for the diseased and gruesomely sick. “By his stripes ye were healed.” I Peter 2:24 Slap. The scourge has found its aim. Slap. Guttural moans escape the Healer’s lips. Slap. Gasps and sickened oohs and aahs fill the air. Slap. The ragged cords like razor sharp teeth of leviathan dig in, catch and tear. Slap. Blood spatters the ground, the guards, and the splintery column to which he is bound. Slap. And the flesh tearing bite takes another hunk of his mortal body, while something otherworldly is being sewn into the fabric of eternity. If this man had been a criminal even then it might seem too gratuitous, this macabre form of punishment, torturous and borderline sadistic. Maybe a mass murderer deserved this, but not a Messiah. Maybe a pirate captured from high seas of plundering and thievery might deserve this, but not a Giver of love. But he wasn’t going through this because he deserved it; he was going through this because he desired it. Listen now…
