As a PT that specializes in chronic pain, I was SO excited to be introduced to Kim & her work. There is so much "no pain no gain' mentality around fitness, not to mention the emphasis on exercising to look a certain way. I love Kim's approach that recognizes the value & joy movement can provide - but in a way that feels amazing for YOU. Kim is compassionate & inspiring!

As a personal trainer who has seen the whole “eat less, move more” paradigm continue to fail in my own life and my clients’ lives, I am grateful for you to share the message of joyful movement. I can tell you have not only done your research, but have been intentional in presenting the information with compassion alongside relatable stories from others. I always feel like listening is well worth my time, and I feel better moving in my body already. Highly recommend!
