    When Your Strategy Stops Working but Your Identity Is Still Attached

    Sometimes the way you learned to succeed becomes so familiar that you stop noticing it was ever a strategy. Maybe you became the fixer. The over-deliverer. The peacemaker. The person who always carries more. Eventually, the same way of operating can stop working. You push harder, but the results are different. Your energy is different. You know the old approach has run its course, even if you are not yet sure what should replace it. In this episode, I explore what happens when the strategy that got you here becomes tangled up with who you think you are. We look at why people often double down on an old way of operating when it stops working, how identity becomes attached to being the fixer or high achiever, and what it can mean to design a different strategy for the season you are actually in now.     What happens when your career still looks successful from the outside, but something inside you knows the chapter is changing? The title may still carry weight. The money may still be good. You may have responsibilities, a family, investments, or a life built around the income you have created. And yet, the work itself no longer feels like yours. In this first episode of The Karmic Recode Lab, I explore one of the most difficult crossroads to navigate: when your deeper path is asking for change, but your financial reality cannot simply be ignored. We look at the three ways people often respond when meaning and financial security begin pulling in different directions. I also explore where astrology and spiritual inquiry can be useful. Not as instructions for what you must do, but as tools for seeing patterns, timing, risk and possibility more clearly while you remain responsible for the choices you make.
