Inclusive leadership is a buzzy term these days and in this episode Marvin and Allen explore what we need to know in order to become an inclusive leader. We'll peel back the first layer of three that inclusive leaders must engage: The Head, The Heart, and The Hands. The Head focuses on how our individual mindsets affect how we think, what we feel, and what we do. We'll discuss how to actively challenge our mindsets in order to lead in a more thoughtful and productive way.
