The Leader is focused on the exploration of next-gen style leadership and is directly geared toward current leaders who know there is a whole world of business and leadership past what is currently on offer. Most leadership advice is outdated, hard to implement and subjective (meaning it doesn't work for everyone). This podcast and my work in particular aim to do things completely differently.. More easeful relationships, more effective leadership and a more elevated experience in both work and life is the goal of next-gen leadership and it all starts with congruence. This show is a series of interviews with a diverse range of leaders from around the world coupled with solo episodes where I dive into new ways of embodying what it means to be a next-gen leader. My unique approach of leadership consulting is focused on congruence through the use of spiritual technologies backed by my extensive career in start-ups and corporate. Please enjoy!

    EP 017 - Reiko Daniel on Entering Into The World Of Energy

    Reiko is an Intuitive Spiritual healer, professional Reiki Advanced Master practitioner, and Prana Healer. She was born into this life gifted to heal and has been practicing this form of energy healing since 2018, she practices USUI Reiki and other energy healing modalities in The Netherlands and the US. Reiko shared divine love and healing energy with others without fully understanding or knowing the process as a child and young adult. She kept this secret from family and friends as she could not articulate the events which occurred, so she rejected the facts and feelings; and denied giving explanations. Later Reiko discovered her connection to the divine and with time, she saw and felt the comfort that was created through energy for those who received her energy exchanges. Each person had amazing life-changing results and felt the Divine energy, which released fears, removed pain, and allowed the beauty of life to be seen.     Ep 012 - Your Apex Predator & Your Pleasure Ceiling

    This is the third and final part of the mini series about my method. The first one was Core Constraints. The second one was Shadow Kink. The third one and what this solo episode is about is Apex Predator. Apex Predator is two parts, two sides the same coin. One side is your pleasure ceiling.This is your own personal ceiling or cap of what you are allowed to have that's going well in your life, how much you are allowed to enjoy. The other side of the pleasure ceiling is your self-concept. This is what you truly think about yourself, what you truly think you're capable of, what you truly think you can handle, et cetera.
