    It's Time To Change

    What did you set out to do on January 1st of this year? Change! I am losing this weight. I'm writing this book. I'm going back to school, I'm getting a different job, and I'm getting a new relationship. Then you fast forward six months, and we only mention the change in passing. Why, when we know we need to improve, do we endeavor to stay the same. It's simple. Not changing is more comfortable than changing. Physics - energy flows to the point of the least resistance. There are a few reasons people don't change.
