Relevant and realistic Podcasts!

I love these podcasts because they are so applicable to so many people, not preachy or unrealistic and the perfect amount to listen to on a quick walk to get my steps in. Love that Ester always has great guest stars too to bring new perspectives but they always align with the “forget the all or nothing mentality”. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Credible, motivating, and enjoyable!

I first met Esther on this podcast. I really enjoyed listening to several episodes before I reached out to her for information about her coaching program. She has a lot of credibility and gives sound, rational advice. Esther provides a broad range of realistic scenarios, so that every listener is sure to relate. The topics are varied and interesting, and she has a way of simplifying complex science into practical information we can all benefit from. Give this podcast a try!
