Sahill Bloom episode is a must listen!! I’m in my early 20’s and I’m a former athlete trying to figure out what the heck I’m supposed to be doing in life. I find myself always in a race to figure everything out and do it all at once and usually I just get overwhelmed and discouraged. After listening to this I am so excited to focus more on those small, actionable steps and micro habits that will be powerful but also manageable. This episode made me feel so understood (especially the portion about identity) and also inspired! Thank you, Liz!
