The Longevity Game
Welcome to the game. What if we were born with the power to live long, healthy, and fulfilled? The Longevity Game with Tracy Anderson is your syllabus to reclaim agency over your well-being. We live in a world that denatures us from the things we need most: freedom of movement, sense of play, real nourishment, and human connection. We’re sold pills, teas, and machines that distance us from the truth written in our nature. It’s time to relearn what it means to live well and be true. Tracy changes lives every day on the mat, and she’s ready to expand that strategy to all aspects of your longevity. Movement is Tracy’s primary mode to get the most of life. For Duke Ellington, it was jazz. Joan Didion’s was writing. Michael Jordan found truth in basketball. This podcast will shed light on the methods we can use to live each day to the fullest. From Olympic athletes and scientists, to prolific artists and award-winning authors, each guest will share their curriculum to live a long, happy life. Tune in for new lessons in well-being, and become a lifelong student of your own health.

Love Tracy but she needs to view what her guest are saying as more important than what she has to say. If she wants to talk the whole time and make things about herself she should just do a solo podcast.
Interviewing skills need improvement and focus

I have a lot of respect for Tracy as I have done her method for many years, she is very smart and innovative. This review is left in the spirit of process improvement. In this podcast, her interviewing skills need improvement. Listening to guest answers without interrupting, showing constraint by not going off on tangents, asking relevant and succinct follow up questions, and staying on topic would help. She interjects her own commentary about her method without a clear reason why. The topic of the podcast is longevity, yet I have yet to hear a connection to that theme in the two interviews I listened to so far. I’m going to keep checking in on this as I think Tracy can add a lot of value in this medium with some course corrections.
Tracy, I love you, but you’re kinda rude

I wanted to love this so bad. I’ve literally listened to EVERY podcast interview Tracy has given. I’m a 6 day a week TAM girlie. But this was impossible to listen to. Tracy cut off literally every sentence Jordan said midway. Like asked a question while he was still answering the first - like let him speak!!! And then while he’s answering questions and sharing his narrative, Tracy’s like “mhm, yeah, wow, okay” and like…repeating his words. Like he would say “Why??? For clarity? Like it’s impossible to follow and just feels so frenetic. And he didn’t interrupt Tracy at all when she interrupts him mid-answer to tell her own similar story. Like Tracy, I love you, but if you’re going to interview people, let them talk. I think Tracy spoke more than the interviewee which is just crazy.
