So Grateful for the Inspiration, Motivation & Education

I just listened to my first podcast (Ep 69) and could not be more grateful for it. Bre’s knowledge and education on strength training, how to nourish your body, and shift your mindset positively is incredible. Her ability to communicate and explain complex ideas is refreshing. She’s inspired me to break free from my old habits, to be happy I get to move my beautiful body, and to challenge and reform the mindset that I had before. I’m so lucky to have Bre in my life on this journey! I couldn’t recommend this podcast more. Bre is the real deal 💕
