This week Ron does battle with a nerd with a broken monitor who can't play World of Warcraft any more, a man who really should have kept the receipt when he sent his headphones in for repair, a girl who was in hysterics over her broken car, a serious business man who threatens to expose us all, another person complaining about a bus driver getting sick, we deal with a crazy family of cable company employees, one man really wants poor Mike to get fired, one man got ripped off buying tickets to a sportsball game and has to deal with Mr. Scoby, one man doesn't appreciate us testing his children's milkshakes for poison and we check in with a few meetings and a few of our regulars too!     It's Labor Day everyone! It's also World Coconut Day, which one are you celebrating? So first of all this week's show got interrupted by a brief Internet machine outage when Trainwreck chewed through our Internet cable, that's why Scoby gets cut off mid-sentence when giving this week's sportsball pick. Don't worry though you will barely notice on the podcast and I am now stitching the 2 YouTube videos into one for your convenience. This week as per previous Labor days we had some really crazy people including another very serious Telecourt session that ended in chaos, and old man who couldn't make ice any more due to a wormhole in his house, a man who really did not like the apps on his TV, a very angry man who yelled at his TV for us, a repeated fraud victim who got seriously upset about his security questions, a man who cancelled his entire vacation just to spite a billion dollar company and we meet a lady who was forced to share a room with a stranger by her airline, and lots more too!     We certainly got the runaround from these complainers this week. Despite their reluctance we still managed to get some Karens and Man Karens all upset. This week we deal with a lady who’s all upset about her missing package, a lady who ordered too much food on the Internet and caused herself some major grief, one man really wants his new glasses but doesn’t want to let Chumley stay over at his house, one man makes a slightly racist remark on social media and ends up having to repeat his entire story for an entire hour, one man is so dull we have to bring out the Super Mario, one man really doesn’t get how things work at Ron’s airline, one guy turns out to be a complete pervert and one man really doesn’t understand how finance works.     Welcome to Hazel's special birthday show, live from a top secret location in London. Yes London not wherever the people in chat though we were. I can't believe that we got through this with minimal technical issues somehow. I forgot to update the end credits this week because I was travelling but everything else seemed to more or less work. One or two prisoners tried to escape though. This week Ron deals with a lady and her package delivery woes, a lady who had a broken car but did not think she should have to pay for it, a stripper who didn't like her meat, a weird man who didn't want to pay his customer service charges, a banchode with missing golf clubs, a lady who tried to rent a car from a national airport and we had to cancel a cancellation. Plus lots more banter than usual since doing these shows in hotel suites is harder than being in the studio. Normal service resumes as of tomorrow and we have a great week ahead.
