Mastering Networking: The Key Role of Masterminds in Your Success

Welcome to Make More Marbles Podcast, in this episode Brad Hart is interviewed by Kyle Rodgers ( Founder of Scale Sales Teams). How a chance meeting at a mastermind event changed Kyle’s Life. Have you ever had a chance encounter that completely altered the course of your life? Well, for Kyle, a young entrepreneur with big dreams, that pivotal moment happened at a mastermind event organized by Brad’s friend. It all started when Brad insisted that Kyle attend that first mastermind event. Initially hesitant, Kyle decided to take a leap of faith and join the event, not knowing that it would be a decision that would change his life forever. As Kyle walked into the event venue, he was greeted by a room full of like-minded individuals, all eager to learn, grow, and network. Little did he know how that one single day would change his life. Brad shared his insights, experiences, and wisdom with Kyle, guiding him on his entrepreneurial journey and helping him navigate the challenges that came his way. Fast forward a few months, and Kyle found himself on a path to success that he had never imagined possible. Kyle’s business flourished, his network expanded, and his confidence soared. But more than just professional success, Kyle found lifelong friends. Their bond grew stronger with each passing day, rooted in a shared passion for entrepreneurship and a mutual desire to make a difference in the world. Why Strong Relationships Trump Money in Success? In the fast-paced world of business and entrepreneurship, one key ingredient often stands out as the ultimate game-changer: networking. The power of networking is not just about exchanging business cards or making small talk at events; it’s about forging strong relationships that can pave the way for success. It’s a common misconception that success is solely determined by the amount of money one has. While financial resources are undoubtedly important, they pale in comparison to the power of a strong network. Every successful story you hear about – whether it’s a thriving startup, a flourishing career, or a groundbreaking innovation – inevitably involves strong relationships. 1. Opportunities Abound: Networking opens doors to a world of opportunities that money alone cannot buy. Whether it’s landing a dream job, securing a lucrative partnership, or gaining valuable insights from industry leaders, the connections you build through networking can lead to opportunities that can propel your success to new heights. 2. Knowledge is Power: In the digital age, information is readily available at our fingertips. But the real power lies in the wisdom and insights shared by those within your network. By connecting with like-minded individuals, industry experts, and mentors, you can tap into a wealth of knowledge that can help you navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and stay ahead of the curve. 3. Support System: Success is not a solo journey; it often requires a strong support system to weather the inevitable storms along the way. Networking allows you to build a community of like-minded individuals who can offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear when you need it most. These relationships can provide the emotional support and motivation necessary to overcome obstacles and keep pushing forward. Importance of Building Relationships: Kyle’s success highlights the power of cultivating strong connections in achieving one’s goals. Building the right relationships opens doors and provides support that can propel one to greater heights. It showcases how success is often not just about individual efforts but also about the network of people who contribute to one’s journey. Achieving success in business involves more than just networking. It’s about finding the right balance between collaboration and competition. Networking may open doors, but it’s the blend of teamwork and individual effort that drives a business forward. Balanc

Unlocking The Secrets of Public Speaking with guest Jackie Lapin - PODCAST with Brad Hart

Welcome to another episode of Make More Marbles Podcast with Brad Hart with guest Jackie Lapin (Founder of SpeakerTunity). In this episode, Jackie reveals her top tips for public speaking based on years of experience. Jackie’s first tip for public speaking is to always use a “Speaker One Sheet”. A “speaker one sheet” is also known as a “speaker sheet” or “one-pager”. A one-page document is used by event planners and conference organisers to help them find you. It’s a marketing tool that helps promote your brand and lets others see what you’re offering at a glance. Your speaker one sheet should consist of; 1. A great bio of you 2. 1 or 2 powerful pictures of you 3. 2 testimonials, hopefully from the people that booked you 4. On the backside have a variety of topics you cover. Tip Attach a single sheet to your speaker when sending your proposal letter (shouldn’t exceed 5 paragraphs). The first paragraph should be a summary of the message you’re delivering The second paragraph should be white about your credentials. The third paragraph should be a detailed description of your message, including bullet points. The fourth paragraph should be a call to action, usually setting up a meeting. Tip Must provide 3 to 5 minutes of really compelling video. In today’s digital age, video content has become an essential tool for speakers looking to expand their reach. One key tip for creating compelling video content is to ensure that your videos provide 3 to 5 minutes of truly engaging and valuable information. In a world where attention spans are getting shorter, it’s important to capture your audience’s interest quickly and keep them engaged throughout the video. Be able to see things before other people 2. Live in full abundance 3. Only look at things as an investment and not as a cost 4. Have endless empathy, Empathy is the key to being a good visionary. Justin believes that most visionaries have some form of empathy, including ADD, mild Asperger’s, dyslexia, and Hi IQ or EQ. Most visionaries are triggered by major life events, such as bankruptcy, trauma, etc. Justin explains his Complexity graph he created himself to create abundance. He also goes thru Master Mindo’s graph of “Level of Consciousness”. Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal - Earl Nightingale How to become a visionary? Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are two types of intelligence that measure different abilities. Justin and Brad also discuss how Women have an unfair fight against men, even when it comes to become a visionary. Brad asked; In your opinion how do visionaries best increase their ability to communicate and how do they build structures to maximize their efforts. Every weakness that any visionary has, every “weakness” is an opportunity to find a collaborate strength. There are mainly 2 types of geniuses; 1. Genius Brain with no Genius Heart (Robots) 2. Genius Heart without Genius Brain (hippies, non-profit) But to become a visionary you have both, Genius Brain and Heart. According to Justin, most visionaries have at least one of these “trades”; 1. ADD 2. Mild Asperger 3. Dyslexia 4. Hi IQ or EQ Most visionaries are trigger by big life events like; 1. Bankruptcy 2. Trauma 3. High Anxiety 4. Depression Brad asked, if you could put a bumper sticker out for the whole world to see, what would it read; I’m a dad that happens to be an entrepreneur, and not an entrepreneur that happens to be a dad. The One Thing to Take with You in 2024 and Beyond! PODCAST with Brad Hart and Chris Chandler-Yates

Welcome to Make More Marbles Podcast, in this episode Brad Hart and guest Chris Chandler-Yates ( Coaching / Motivational speaker ) speak about their vision to this new year. How to keep your new year’s resolutions. It is very common to see people get excited to start their resolutions and then soon after loose interest. You have to have the right mentality and understanding that each resolution, including when working in new projects, they take time to achieve. You have to stop looking at it as a temporary solution, it has to be long term to have some positive results. You have to have the right mindset, and think that you are going to keep going and not give up. What do I really want in my life before I die? That is the main question, that everybody should be asking themselves and focusing on fulfilling those goals. :: Valuable links :: :: Grab my books here: http://8minutemastermind.com :: Our Next Event: MastermindToMillions.live :: Join our BAM group https://buildamastermind.com/schedule-now :: Join our Skool Group: http://marbles.link/m2mgroup :: Three Buckets: MoneyMastermind.live/3buckets :: Block Dash: BlockDash.com :: Free Course: BlockDash.com/Free-Course :: Motorcycle Club: MotorcycleMastermind.com :: M.M.M. main website: MakeMoreMarbles.com As always if you need anything just reach out to us at support@makemoremarbles.com and please feel free to follow us for more great content on all social media platforms.

How to Create Unbreakable Wealth - PODCAST with Brad Hart (guest Mike Brown)

Welcome to another episode of Make More Marbles Podcast with Brad Hart. In this episode Brad talks with Mike Brown (what does he do?) about How to Create Unbreakable Wealth and Pass it on to Future Generations. Mike shares his personal journey starting from the beginning to what he has become today. From being part of the US Navy and how it transitioned into an investment firm, which ended up into an 8 figure exit. But also sharing his failing projects (so you don’t make the same mistakes), ended up shifting his carrier into coaching. It all leads back to the need to be able to master my emotions around money, before I can make it and keep it and so on. We only see a small portion of how the wealthy manage their portfolios. Their strategies are way less risky than we think. What happens with many money stories, we all have these idea embedded in our brains that rich people are evil. We grow up believing this concept, that money is root of all evil. So if we have this mentality, this way of thinking about money, most of us end up savaging ourselves. Because our brain, subconsciously, want to protect us from becoming evil. We have to look back and see where those believes come from, and try to rewire those believes in order to have the life we really want. Ultimately, it comes down to what each of us want out of life. Most people don’t have that clear, or are even terrified to think about it. In many cases, this is not an “income” problem, it becomes a “mindset” problem. So solving this mindset problem, is one of the most important steps to get where we want to go. Listen to the whole interview as Mike shares many other valuable money tips, like when to exit a profitable business, how to make good decisions with your money minimizing risk, and how AI may change the future of this and many other industries. AI is a new problem that our society is facing, and soon we’ll have to figure out a new system. A new way to make society work, even after many jobs will be obsolete.
