Excellent Podcast

As I no longer live in Indiana, I no longer have access to one of the most knowledgeable martial arts instructors I have ever encountered. Thankfully, this excellent podcast allows me to continue to benefit from Mr. Westfall’s impressive knowledge despite training on the other side of the country.
