I learned a lot listening to her. Oh and also, Molly was the recipient of the Tiffany & Co. Women of the Moment award for her work advocating for children with severe neurological disorders. Yadi is the mom of a son with ADHD, but also has a career where she supports the US military in the creation of management software, is a grad student in Organization Behavior at Harvard (heard of it?), AND she has a podcast, "Hardcore Soft Skills" where In each episode, Yadi interviews a different expert on a "soft" skill so listeners can learn how to improve on each. Soft skills are the key to make hard skills work, says she. Well, she makes me feel bad for every complaining about being tired! She's great, has an amazing accent, and you'll love her like I did!
