Great content, but the music under the conversations was very distracting (even if it is good music otherwise).

I'm someone who listens to over a dozen different film-related podcasts and for a long time this has been one of my favorites. There's always different and interesting guests alongside intelligent and enjoyable film discussion covering the best films coming out which usually include many independent films that often go under the radar and also cover two older movies related to the new release at hand. Really worth checking out.

Ryan McNeil is everything you're looking for in a podcast host, and particularly when that podcast discusses film. With a revolving panel of various guests, Ryan gives the audience discussions with both passion and fresh perspective as promised. I'd also like to mention how excellent the podcast's website is with, I kid you not, new content every single day. If you're looking for a podcast that gives very in-depth and intellectual discussions and excellent film reviews, check this podcast out.
