In my career I struggled with low self-confidence, injuries, heartbreak, coaching changes and personal mental health challenges. All of this affected not only my performance but my overall gymnastics experience. As a former NCAA gymnast, mental health counselor, and life coach, I feel I bring a unique perspective on this topic and can help positively impact gymnasts to reach their full potential. My ultimate goal is to help these girls become confident, successful, and healthy women who can thrive in their future.
