Life is complex, layered and time changes relationships. The topics I choose to talk about with guests can be loaded, for me, for them, for people listening in. We can love people unconditionally and still hold space for younger versions of ourselves that were hurt by them. This is real life guys! This is where the healing happens. ❤️‍🩹

A massage therapist by education, Lauren was born an empath, with the gift of being able to tune into people’s health concerns from a more holistic perspective.  Through her own journey with body trauma, pain, and mental health, Lauren's drive to become a registered massage therapist stemmed from a car accident in 2010, and the belief that her highest calling was to bring physical and spiritual modalities into the fold of a proven and centuries old practice.
