TMV Episode 2 - Got your 6
JustCarmen and BeingAndyJane talk about mental health and how it impacts the military community. There are so many stigmas associated with mental health, especially PTSD and talking about it helps make it a normal conversation.
There are resources available to service members, veterans, and their family members outside of Tricare, VA and private insurance. In this episode, we briefly talk about Cohen Veterans Network & Give an hour as a resource to help those that want to seek confidential assistance. Mental health is a real issue and it's time to wake up, get help and help each other to live healthier happier lives. This is a real conversation that needs to be had and we're starting it.
They also weigh in on a story of a veteran, John Michael Watts, that lit himself on fire in protest of the DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs).

TMV Episode 1 - Adapt & Overcome
Carmen and Andy share a quick formula to help you transition during and after military service.
Formula: Attitude x Preparation x Execution
Many veterans find themselves in situations where they are not properly prepared for the next step. This often leads to unemployment, financial instability, and medical conditions. The plan for this episode is to motivate service members and veterans to prepare for the next steps before it arises. Our goal is to impact the community one episode at a time.
