Jeff Krisman has over 20 years of experience in practicing a type of Mindfulness practice called Mindful Coping, which provides practitioners with an ongoing and increasing ability to cope more effectively with the chaos, uncertainty, and constant change that we experience in our lives. This podcast is my “go to” when I am struggling at work. When I listen, I feel less alone in my struggle with the thoughts I have about events that have taken place. I get some space from my emotions and am able to see an exchange with a coworker from a different perspective. It has helped me build mindfulness instead of reacting based on emotions only.
