    Recently I was blessed enough to facilitate a workshop on mirror work, I chose to lead the women in the space on an inner child-guided meditation. A moment to not only celebrate us in the now but allow our inner child to celebrate and be celebrated as well. Wherever you are, I encourage you to go to your closest mirror.
