Find comfort in your grief

This is such an enlightening and comforting podcast for me after losing my Mom Dad and five of my best friends over the last six years. I love Heather’s interviews as she provides such a sense of peace by letting us know we are not alone in our grief. I really enjoyed the song Call in the Light which was part of the music and grief podcast. I sing the song all the time now. The podcast is a offers many wonderful ways to process grief. Namaste on your journey ❤️

Love it!

I came to this podcast to learn more about grief, as a yogi. I have some family members that are getting older and after watching my husband grieve his grandparents, I realized I was not equipped to move through grief. I wanted to arm myself with information and knowledge. I know that even with this it will be difficult but feel like I’m at least doing my best to be proactive and educate myself. Thanks for this podcast, love it!

Volume is all over the place.

I really want to love this podcast, but the volume is all over the place. It sounds as if the host is speaking too far away from the microphone at times. I find myself increasing the volume and then quickly having to lower the volume. The podcast has great content, just difficult to get past the volume issues.
