I've worked with people going through grief for many years and know what they need in the way of compassion, understanding, insights and alternative ways of managing their emotions through their loss. I give huge kudos to Heather for the calming way she brings all that and more to her audience. It's like listening to the voice of your best friend when you need a loving boost. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone suffering with grief. There are souls out there who can help, and Heather is one of them.

This is such an enlightening and comforting podcast for me after losing my Mom Dad and five of my best friends over the last six years. I love Heather’s interviews as she provides such a sense of peace by letting us know we are not alone in our grief. I really enjoyed the song Call in the Light which was part of the music and grief podcast. I sing the song all the time now. The podcast is a offers many wonderful ways to process grief. Namaste on your journey ❤️
