    Honest review of my first time going on a retreat: did it change everything?

    A retreat is just something you add on your vision board hoping it comes true right? Well it did for me, not in the first year of adding it, not in the second year but it did the third year! The idea of going and traveling is fun but is it also for everyone or me in general? Is it actually worth it to go on a retreat? What did we do? What did I learn during the retreat? Will I go again? I went to Italy for my first ever retreat and I need to tell you everything. This is my honest review of the Hot and Healed Retreat with Becca Nicholls.     The Akashic Records Guide for Witches

    Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. In this episode I dive into the law of conservation of energy and how it connects directly to the Akashic Records. If energy never disappears, then every choice, emotion, thought, and action you have ever made still exists as an energetic imprint within your field.
