    How to Take Back Control

    Listen to what Dr. Kris says about his daughter Olivia and her miracle!   After her concussion, she had difficulty in school and with expressing emotion...   He said that she was capable of love during that time but she couldn’t express it, especially to her family.    When she got back from her trip with Cooperstown Chiropractic, she gave her father a big hug and said, “I LOVE YOU DAD.”    It was the first time in years that Dr. Kris had heard that from his daughter.

    Healthy Habits - Pain Relievers are NOT the Answer

    This week on my podcast, I have one of my “Aunties” Tupou Pau’u. I have known her for a long time and I am so proud of her health journey.    She was in another country and was having terrible pain. She resorted to taking many Advil just to be able to function.   When she got back she could barely walk because her body could not flush all of the medication that she had been taking.   She was literally in bed for weeks.   Our team started working on her and got her out of pain.    She was finally able to get out of bed!    We were able to help her and positively change her life and her family’s life.   She now has brought in many family members that are having amazing recoveries like Sione.
