    Part 4 of Attending. Set aside 10 - 15 minutes in your day. Prepare yourself for a little stroll outdoors. Have everything you need with you. A little water, comfy clothes. Bring a notebook and a pencil, if possible. You might want to create psychic boundaries - but these work differently outside than inside. Perhaps you can turn your phone on do not disturb. Choose to dedicate these minutes to the activity that you're doing. Go outside. Once you are outside, find a crack in concrete. This will be the beginning point of your soundwalk. This is where you can press play.

    Part 2 of ATTENDING. This walk is intended for your daily living space and to be listened to with headphones. Listen at dusk as the day starts winding down. Create some psychic boundaries for the next 10 - 15 minutes of listening to this. (Closing your doors, turn off your notifications.) Take whatever you need and allow yourself to play. Perhaps, you want to have a notebook and pen close by to do some writing or sketching. Can you make yourself 10% comfortable ? Do it. Press play.
