Key Takeaways: Instead of stressing about the multiple tasks that you need to finish, start by analysing how you can effectively get them done and manage your time by clubbing similar tasks together. How to Destress: Acknowledge the stress. Write down the tasks. Organize the tasks Prioritize the tasks. Take action. Majority of our stress stems from what we say we are not going to stress about. When you avoid responsibilities that give you a sense of feeling overwhelmed, you end up adding more stress to your plate. Overcome the fear that stops you from completing the task on time may it be the fear of an unfavourable outcome or the fear of not being good enough at the task. Events from the past that you’re holding on to can be stressful as well. For the majority of lives, we will live with stress, we just need to learn how to use that stress to our advantage. Sometimes all that we need in order to deal with stress is some alone time. This is the first episode of a three part series where we get the male perspective on their marital expectations and ideas. Key Takeaways: Sometimes you have to believe in your intuition and you’ll eventually get a sign from the universe. Trust God’s timing, He aligns you with what you’re meant to have when you’re meant to have it. What’s meant to be yours will circle it’s way to you, all you need to do is practice discipline and obedience while you trust God's timing. Get in touch with God and acknowledge His presence in all your steps and you’ll find that he is navigating the way for you. If a person isn’t doing something, don’t sit there trying to rationalise it. Just understand that they’re not doing it because they don’t want to.
